- What measurements are
required? Accurate bust, waist and
hip measurements need to be taken at the fullest part of your chest, your
natural waistline is and fullest part of your hip. We strongly recommend having
your measurements taken by a professional seamstress and we do not endorse
those measuring oneself.
- How can I determine which size is right for me? Please pay close attention to our size chart to choose your size (rather than ordering their usual dress size) because different dress labels may size differently. Our dresses run very true to our size chart. We are always happy to help with sizing or any other questions anyone may have.
- What methods of payment are available? Dresses and accessories can be purchased using your Visa, Mastercard, or American Express card. The total sum of the order will be charged at the time of purchase.
- What are the ranges of your sizes? Our dress sizing runs from size 0 to 28. Please refer to our online size chart to help you select the best size.
- Do you accept separate credit cards from each bridesmaid? Yes, when bridesmaids place their order, each must provide a credit card number. You have the choice for each girl to be charged separately or together on one card.
- How can I track my order? Click on Track Your Order, or you can always reach us via email or by calling during store hours to confirm and check on the status of your order.
- What are my shipping options? We solely ship via UPS, so we can provide you with any of their expedited shipping options. Extra fees will be charged to your order based on the shipping you request.
- Can I order extra length? Yes, we highly recommend for those who are over 5’9” to order extra length. This must be requested when you place the order, indicated by the “L” and additional fees will apply.
- What if a bridesmaid happens to be pregnant? It is still necessary to place the order together to ensure the same dye lot, so we recommend anyone who is pregnant to provide us with a bust measurement and due date. From there, we will work with you to help determine the best size choice.
- Do I need an appointment to come and view the collection? Yes, The Wedding Library in New York is by appointment only, that way you can work one on one with a sales associate. Please call us at 212-327-0100 and we will be happy to accommodate.
